  • ​Incomplete contracts will delay booking
• Write a check for the full amount of the rental​​
• Mail the completed contract and the check to the address above
  • ​A minimum* 30 days notice is highly recommended and appreciated​

  • ​Your scheduled event will not be booked until the contract and payment is received.

* Under certain circumstances and at the discretion of Club management, we can accommodate rentals on short notice if no bar tender is required. 

• We still require time to process the application and external delays may interfere with approval.
• Call the Club at (603) 382-3675 and we will return the call as soon as possible
• We cannot and do not guarantee short notice rentals will be approved
