• Read the frequently asked questions
• ​Submit the venue rental form at the bottom of this page to begin reserving a venue   ▼​
• Download the appropriate contract (Member/non-Member)                ----►
• Complete the contract in full and sign at the bottom 
  • ​Incomplete/Unsigned contracts will delay booking
    
  • Digitally signable with a PDF editor
• Write a check for the full amount of the rental​​ and additional fees​
  • Additional fees include bartenders, Security Deposit, etc.
  • Check must be made payable to "Plaistow Fish and Game Club"
• Mail the signed contract and check to the address above.
  • ​A minimum 30 days** notice for all rentals is highly recommended
    ​ and greatly appreciated​.

​Your event will not be booked until the signed contract and full payment is received.
All rentals are subject to approval by the Club Management and may be denied for any reason.

**Under certain circumstances and at the discretion of Club Management, we can accommodate rentals on short notice

• If no bartender is required!
• We still require time to process the application and external delays may interfere with approval.
• Call the Club at (603) 382-3675 and we will return the call as soon as possible.
• We cannot and do not guarantee short notice rentals will be approved.
